Welcome to the Forum!  Below is a link to a recipe site that contains recipes specifically for the Bradley smoker by Bradley owners.  You should find something there to your liking.

Hi again.

Done my firs small tests of the smoker.
First i tried som pork ribs. first one hour in the oven at 180 deg celsius, and then 4 houres in the smoker on 110 celsius. perfekt tender but i think i need som more flavor to it.
Then i tryed bass after a lucky fishingtrip. direktly into the smoker. first one hour on 60 degrees and then 30 min on 100 degrees. tasted really good but a little bit dry.
Learning by doing! :-))

Welcome to the forum from Canada! I have a suggestion for the ribs. Try starting them in the smoker with smoke generating for 3 hours. I'm not sure how much (if any) would flavour the meat after it was in the oven first. Giver a try!
