Thought it would be fun to start a thread of guess what's cooking. Just post what your using to cook with, basic ingredients (pork, beef, fish, etc...) and temps and how long your cooking. And ask, "what am I cooking" In order to play you will need to post a photo of the final product explaining what it is. Ribs, butt, etc... Have fun. ;D

Well it was suppose to be. Ended up dosing off and cooked it for 6 ans a half hours @ 225. Didn't look so good.... :( :( :(
