After applying cure and trimming 120 pounds of pork bellies this afternoon. It appears that the bacon packs I've been giving away for a couple of years blossomed into orders for my bacon. 120 pounds puts my resources at the limits and I already have orders going into the end of September. Got the bellies at Restaurant Depot today.
