I'm new in the smoker "business" ! I mean I'm expecting to order the new baby next week.
:-\
Let me know guys what do you think about using the smoker on the balcony of my condo?
Could the amount of smoke be a concern ?

Are some of you dealing with the same dilema ?

Any opinion appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. I suspect you will hear shortly from owrstrich, who routinely smokes from hotel rooms. You will make lots of friends. You need to think about the exchange rate between smoked foods and adult beverages.... :D

Place a small fan above the level to the top of the box to delute the smoke.

I agree with Olds--a small fan to disperse the smoek and no one will have any complaints--and most will want to sample your cooking!

After smelling that great odor coming from your place your neighbors will likely want to know what makes you so special and they will want a fireplace too....... ;D
