I just picked up a 10# belly last night. Going to apply the cure today. mmmmm, bacon

Rex just a thought for the next time. When I am doing Bacon in the 6 rack like you are. I put the bacon in alternating sides. That way the smoke has to step/snake its way up to the top touching each and every piece fully.

Every one liked it, I have 120 pounds in the reefer now, smoking them tomorrow
