Title: Cleaning Smoker

I am a new user of the BS and would like for someone to help me understand just what user manual means when it says to clean smoker after every use.  Does that mean that I should scrub the inside of the smoker?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

No the manual was written by someone who thinks you already have a working knowledge of the unit, so he / she wrote it without care or understand--just to get a paycheck.
