Hi all, been very busy lately and I feel like I've been neglecting this forum and my smoker. I'd been meaning to post these pics for a while. It's from a BBQ we had a few weeks back. Home-made burger patties, hickory smoked for 1hr20, then grilled, with hickory smoked Monterey Jack! To die for.
