Hi, going to be trying my first attempt at ribs tomorrow. I am hoping to be able to smoke for three hours, then 2 hours in foil. After that I need to transport them. Can I FTC and finish the last stage of cooking on a bbq with sauce a couple hours later?

I don't see any reason why not .Put a bit of apple juice or beer in the foil before you wrap.
