Title: Pork it's what's for dinner

Fired up the smoker and fixed a couple pork steaks
Jan's Rub at around 210, an hour of smoke and about 2 1/2 to 3 hours total cook time
Wife sauteed some veggies (tomatoes, zucchini, onion, mushrooms) and made a pasta salad

I always enjoy a good smoked  pork steak, looks good.
