Title: MSG
Post by: dave01 on October 14, 2014, 06:18:17 AM
Hi all,
I've been looking at the many different sausage recipes and notice that some of them have MSG in them. Are you guy's still using this or is there another alternative or substitute for it. I would like to try sausage making but don't really like the MSG, maybe a person could just leave it out and add some salt or something
Thanks,
Dave

check this site out, it gives you a  few  choices for alternatives for  MSG not  sure how some ingredients would be in sausages

Why would anyone put MSG into their sausage?  The reason we make our own is because we don't want to eat that factory crap.
