Title: Whats up guys! Bought a 4 rack original Thursday!

Loving every minute of it. Did 2 pork roast, and 10 chicken hindquarters. All turned out amazing!

If you're looking for ideas on other things to smoker, check out Our Time Tested and Proven Recipes at www.susaminor.org.  This is a repository of recipes from the forum's most experienced smokers.  (I think the Canadian Bacon recipes are a great way to get some experience with curing.  And $2.40 a pound Canadian Bacon beats the heck out of $7 a pound Canadian Bacon.)
