Title: help needed! 9 lb standing rib roast
Post by: RacingRed24 on November 01, 2014, 01:27:58 PM
 :o
I'm new to smoking and have a Bradley original smoker.  I've got a 9.2 lb standing rib roast I'd like to smoke/cook but need some advice on what to do and how to do it!! This piece of meat was almost  $50 so I'd rather not ruin it!!  Any advice is welcome!! :-\

Here is a link to making perfect (in my opinion) rib roast. I have cooked the last 4 -5 this way and they come out perfect each time. I cook it at the low temp in the Bradley and then move to the oven for the last period at 500*

Missing link.  Did you mean this one?  Perfect Prime Rib (http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2009/12/perfect-prime-rib-beef-recipe.html)
