Hi, all!
I recently inherited my fathers Bradley Digital Smoker, and am looking forward to using it! Unfortunately, all of the literature that was with the smoker is long gone, so I'm thrilled to find this site!
I'm gonna bring new meaning to the phrase, "Smoke 'em if you got 'em!". ;D

Welcome to the forum.

If you click on the below link you can download the Bradley Smoker manual. The manual covers all their smokers, except the two rack.

Also this forum, and the Recipe Site (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/index.php) are full of information.
