Title: Canadian Bacon

I have some Cure with Maple Sugar from Butcher & Packer. Can this be used to make Canadian Bacon? Reason I ask is I'm out of Morten Tender Quick that I normally use and have 2 lbs of the Cure with Maple Sugar on hand.
