My first post here!
I'm having trouble with my 6 rack digital smoker. The display doesn't work! I can see some background lights from below, but that is all. No lights on the temperature or the times or the "smoke indicator".
Everything else works fine, I can change the temperature and the time although I can't see what I'm doing...
I keep it inside when it isn't used so it shouldn't be the weather. It is bought in June 2013.
Any suggestions? I really like my smoker!

You might want to take your smoker generator apart. It has screws on the bottom. If I recall right you do not need to take the center screw out. After screws are out slide generator apart and double check the wires to make sure they are connected.

Welcome to the forum. You didn't mention how old your smoker is. If you had it a few years the below link my be of some use.

Actually you did say how old the smoker is, bought in June of 2013. Have you had the problem since the day you unpacked it or did the problem start recently?
