Just thought I'd say hello from central Illinois. I'm new to the forum, but not new to smoking and have been smoking meats for years. We have been using a big old fuel oil tank type smoker that my dad made somewhere around forty years ago. It's done us well, but is finally starting to rust through, so I decide it was time to buy a Bradley Smoker. Soon we will be smoking with a Bradley Digital 4 rack smoker that I bought myself for Christmas, but the wife won't let me use till then. So far from what I've seen this looks to be a very good forum with a ton of great people.
