I finally broke down and did it. Got my Bradley Classic and just finished seasoning it, now I'm cold smoking some cheddar just to get more seasoning done! Anyways, I've played around with grills and homemade smokers in the past but this is my first real smoker! Looking forward to learning from all of ya'll.

Check out Our Time Tested and Proven Recipes at www.susanminor.org. These recipes are from the forum's most experienced smokers, so they are pretty Bradley specific. And they are also quite detailed. I found that eased the learning curve pretty significantly.
