Hi everyone, purchased the bs611 as a Christmas present for myself! Haven't recieved it yet but am anxiously waiting for it. I've had a cylinder water smoker for years and have decided to step it up a notch. I'll be on this site quite a lot looking for any advice I can get. ;D I can't wait for my smoker to get here!

Welcome from PA. Be sure to follow the instructions to "season" the smoker first, before you use it the first time for food. It just gets better after that.
