Title: Pork shoulders

I  have two pork shoulders in the fridge and don't plan to smoke them till next weekend will they be okay in the fridge or should I freeze them? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recommend you cook or freeze them by the sell by date.

I have occasionally pulled a pork shoulder out of the freezer and right into the Bradley.  It takes a bit longer to reach the IT and I cannot insert the temp probe for a few hours but other than that they turn out great.
