Title: I want recommendations for a snack stick recipe

I want to make some snack sticks using 50% venison and 50% pork shoulder.  And I want a recipe which isn't too spicy.  What recipe(s) do you recommend?

Greg's spicy sticks !! Awesome sticks and you can control the amount of heat in them. you can search for the recipe by using the search bar or one the pros can probably give you the link when they show up. Good luck and hope you enjoy them. Okay if you go to www.suanminor.org you will be able to search there for the recipe and I did find it so you should be able to also. You shouldn't need to register and it will let you search. Again good luck.

X2 on Greg's spicy sticks. My wife can't tolerate much in the way of hot food and she likes them just as the recipe calls for. If it were up to me (it ain't) I would double the cayenne.

X3 on Gregg's spicy snack sticks. I double the cayenne and sometimes even add some honey

The Greg of Greg's Spicy Sticks is our very own Pensrock!  He definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to sticks and cheese.
