This is what I have been doing lately, first Crusty Bread today.

Your crusty bread and sour dough starter look good.  I made sour dough starter from scratch over a year ago, used King Arthur recipe and it is still going strong.  Sandy and Saber got me into this bread making thing, and now I don't like any other sour dough but my own.

Bread making is like smoking meat......addictive!!  I'm sure you will enjoy this endeavor.
