Title: 3 for 3 so far

I have now used my Bradley 4 rack digital to smoke ribs, make jerky and a pork tenderloin.  All three were very successful although pork tenderloin is a little dry.

Some helpful hints that I have for new users and are probably here somewhere else are.

Preheat while preparing your meat
Use wafer burner minus the wafers to help reach temp quicker.
I cooked the jerky in the garage enclosed as there was no smoke.  It worked great.
Keeping the wafer smoker on even when not smoking helps recovery times greatly.

A little PAM helps tremendously for cleaning up.

Wish I had taken pics.  it was all picture worthy.

So far I am extremely satisfied with this unit.

A good digital thermometer that you can carry with you lets you do all kinds of stuff around the house while the MAGIC takes place.
