Greetings all

Name here is Scott, I am a dedicated foodie, living in central British Columbia.  I have been grilling for years, and having traveled quite a bit in the states i have fallen in love with proper Q and smoked meats.  I am about to pick up my first smoker, which will be a digital 4 rack.  I envision that as the main box, but have a plan to build a unit as well, perhaps using the smoke generator down the road. 

I have already benefited from the information on the site, and i look forward to learning and sharing experiences about smoking, and just food in general.
