Just wanted to hello from charleston, SC. Got my first smoker for Christmas and have enjoyed thoroughly. Have appreciated all the info available on the site and look forward to picking your brains.

Thanks- I just got an auber dual probe pid, so I am sure after a few nights of research I'll have plenty of questions.
