First time owner of a smoke and went with a dbs after the smoke generator malfunctioned on the obs lol. I love in central MN and love the product so far.

Thank you all and i am already hooked lol. 3 smokes down so far and my meat locker has recommended "cushion" pork cut for pulled pork. And experimenting with different kinds of rubs.

Take a look at susanminor.org, the forum member's recipe site. Look for Jan's rub. Developed for chicken, great on everything. IMO.
