Title: Bradley Newbie
Post by: BigDeeDa on March 26, 2015, 11:22:02 AM
Just purchased a 4 rack digital and am looking forward to breaking it in tomorrow on a pair of pork butts.  Next weekend will be salmon and cheese using the cold smoke attachment.  This forum has been provided me a wealth of information in the past and I am excited to now be a part of it.

Welcome to the forum!

Is it safe to assume that your plans for tomorrow include a pre smoke seasoning of your smoker according to Bradley's instructions to burn off any residue from manufacturing lubricants?

I seasoned the smoker yesterday and plan to keep the vent open. Thanks for the advice and for the welcome!
