Bought a new smoker BS611, we have used it twice and now the smoke generator does not heat up at all. We opened the case and everything looks fine, we did notice that the power control box has a red light blinking inside. Does anyone know of a quick fix to this or do we have to wait until monday for customer service (sure hope not, we have a bunch of meat and cheese all ready to go :(
If you open the box again and unplug and replug the connectors this sometimes helps.
I tried, still doesn't work. although it is hard to get my hands in there, and I'm scared to take it all apart.

How far apart did you take it? The SG opens like a clamshell and is easy to clean or work on once it has been opened up. Here's a link on how to take it apart.
