Title: Looking for help. Smoking Brisket, Sausage and Chicken tomorrow
Post by: tyrodsports on April 03, 2015, 07:31:48 PM
I have become somewhat decent with my briskets, decent with my chicken and cant go wrong with the sausage.

Now I would like to do all three at the same time and am looking for suggestions.  When I do the chicken, I do it at such a high heat (250 until IT is 155), but I normally do my brisket at 180 for an hour per pound.  Would it be best to smoke the brisket and then throw the chicken in towards the end at continued 180 until the brisket is done.  Once finished in the smoker, pull and finish on the grill?  Looking for thoughts.  Thanks.

Before anyone comments they'll probably want to know what smoker/setup you're using.
