Hi, all,

While this is not my first smoker (or smoker forum), I am new to Bradley smokers and new to this forum. I recently purchased a BDS 6-rack smoker, and just broke it in yesterday afternoon. Had to remember to change clothes afterward, something I remember from my previous smoking experience.

I am "downashore" NJ and am looking forward to enjoying the smoking experience once again.

Good morning, all!

Completed my first smoke on the new BDS yesterday afternoon - marinated chickens legs/thighs, and the beginning step of St. Louis spareribs.

The chicken was devoured last night and the ribs are in their foil packets waiting their next phase.
