Title: Recent Newbie to the Bradley Family from Canada
Post by: Andersonsmokehouse on May 03, 2015, 09:40:39 AM
Hello All,
I just recently picked up my 4 rack digital from Costco, so far it's been good.  I'm from beautiful Canada in Alberta and I've already made 8 racks of jerky, currently doing some triple smoked back bacon, with another 8 racks of jerky waiting to go in.  I'm quite excited about this process as it takes me back to my days at the meat market.  Smells so good.  And I think I managed to get the recipe for the jerky close to the kind we made at the meat market.

Anyway, nice to find this place with all the knowledge, looking forward to many happy days of smoking.  Cheers.

Luke

Welcome to the forum.  If you have a good recipe, perhaps make a post and share it with others.

Hi and welcome from South Dakota. Always nice to hear from another "hurtin' Albertan". (I'm a huge fan of Corb Lund from up your way).
