welcome aboard and  you  will learn  lots, dont be afraid to ask  questions, we here to guide you  along your  smoking road,

few things to  remember

1) keep your  top  vent open
2) keep your  top  vent open
3) smoking  is a slow and low cooking  process .. think slow cooker
4) get some smoking  tools...
smoking tools ; maverick et 732,  et 733 or  equivalent  remote thermometer
rubber high temp gloves
table to  use near  your  smoker to place food and other  items on while smoking
5) have handy beverages of your  choice
6) dont  rush the  cooking .. it will be  done when it  gets  done
