Title: Another Australian newbie joins the Bradley Bunch

Hi from Tamworth in New South Wales. Now the proud owner of a newly modified dual 500 watt element digi 6 rack and an Auber dual probe PID. Already done 4 whole rib racks, a turkey, some cheese, and a load of chillies which are now drying in the oven. Thanks to all the great forum threads I researched, the results of my dual element modification and the smoking have all been a roaring success! Looking forward to many more successes using your tips and suggestions.
