Title: CANADIAN SMOKER WANNABEE
Post by: shelwig on May 31, 2015, 02:26:48 PM
HELLO ALL...I love the taste of Smoked Food so we went out and bought the small Bradley 2 rack smoker.  Very disappointed in the manual/recipe book.  I am muddling my way through it...So far I have smoke Salmon pieces and Chicken Breasts...Tasted good for my first time...It was cooked and no one got sick so I figure I did OK.  Hoping that I can get more information and help here  :) ...Can you tell me where I can get the best information on how to use my smoker.  I am somewhat afraid of it at the moment.  I look at the facebook page and hear stories but I really don't know where to start!  Thanks for your help...

Welcome to the forum and the wonderful world of smoking. Can't help you with the two rack though. I understand it is a bit different than the full grown models. I think it is in its infancy stage and still needs a bit of tweaking.
