Title: A Northern Newbie
Post by: kobra5198 on July 14, 2015, 12:36:43 PM
Hi all. Ron from Vancouver, BC and relatively new to smoking but new to this board. I bought my Digital 6 rack in January and have used it a few times since. Started off with ribs, turned out great, migrated to a pork butt on Super Sunday for a group of 12 which turned out fantastic and have done other stuff since. Nothing but compliments about the pork butt that I wouldn't have received if I did it in a crock pot. Right now I have a brisket in which I know will taste incredible. I hate to wish time away but I can't wait until supper.

It sounds like your friends are pretty happy that you're a 'smoker' - all those good things that you're preparing.  I'm certain your brisket will be a finger licking success!    8)
