Hi just bought myself the digital 4 rack smoker on sale at Canadian tire and love it already. I made a rack of ribs using the 3-2-1 method and the wife and kids loved it. Hopefully it gets lots of use this fall as a group of us got drawn for moose and elk. Looking forward to try new recipes on this forum.
