I am about to buy a Bradley Smoker and am looking forward to exchanging tips, info and perhaps recipes with other Bradley Smoker users.

1) keep the top vent open

4) have a supply of pucks on hand.. order a 24 pack of each first,, find the ones you like and keep a supply of them on hand
5 ) get a remote theromometer like the maverick et 733
6) rememeber a smoker is a slow cooker,,, on average any where from 9 to 24 hours is normal
7) with a large load of meat it will take time for the heat to recover
8) be patient and enjo a beer
9) relax and go with thje flow
10 cook by temperature and not by time
