Title: OBS power connector is Blue wire hot or neutral?

I removed the back of my smoker and was just wondering is the blue wire the hot and white is neutral. Reason for asking the white goes to the inline fuse and if its neutral and then wouldn't you want the hot wire to go to the inline fuse? On the back of plug it says N L G, if its setup correctly then the L for Line (hot) is connected to the white and N neutral is connected to the Blue.
