Hi all,

Finally decided to join the Bradley movement. Got a digital 4 rack smoker. Now I'm trying to figure out the best place to start.

welcome aboard,

you  have found the  right  place to  start,,,, a few tips to get  started

1) season your  smoker as per the  instructions
2) keep the top  vent  wide  open
3) keep the  top vent  wide  open
4) keep the top  vent wide  open
5) keep in  mind that the smoker is a slow cooking  unit... think  crock  pot / slow cooker with a  lot  more  volume
6) box temp set  point is  225 F typically  and box  temp  drops are  normal
7) cook by  internal temp over  time,... means .. internal temp takes priority over time at all  times
8   have a  cold beverage as you   smoke your  foods
9) relax and   enjoy
