Well I'm a newbie here from Johannesburg RSA aka ZA aka South Africa.
I love cooking, and have found valuable info here regarding smoked and pulled pork. And am keen to learn and share recipes and ideas.
Perhaps I can contribute a different dimension to American cooking, and learn at the same time !
I did find the registration process on the forum though to be more stringent than my bank (!) - perhaps this could be relaxed a little / lot :) it took me roughly 10 attempts to get past the codes and questions ! LOL.
Anyway, "hier is ons" - uiteindelik - kom ons braai !
