Title: Sous vide and Snack stick casings

Looking  for some help , I want to try and use a water bath on my snack sticks and sausage guestion is what type of casing can I use on my snack sticks . Thanks

Colligen casings will not work.   Tried that once and they all shrunk.  A natural casing like lamb would work.
