Hi Folks I'm from East Texas.
New to the group and just got a digital 4 rack smoker. hope to have it up and going in time for the Christmas turkey and ham. I don't have it out of the box yet and am thinking of a way to make my on briquettes. I have an idea using my 20 ton shop press. Will let you know how it turns out.
