Hi there! My name is Luke. I've been on the forum for a while but haven't really spent much time here. After recently posting my own step by step tutorial on how to make your own Bradley biscuits, I decided I shoudl probably introduce myself. I love this forum. Lots of great people and great advice. I've got 4 turkeys to smoke before Christmas. I love all the info here! Cheers!
