Took advantage of a sale at cabelas. (Love that place)
Bought a brandy new Bradley 4 rack, seasoning it now.
Cheese tomorrow with Apple wood. Feels good to be getting back on track.
The other 2 Bradley's are gone. One finally died after about 5 years of hard work.
And the other is living with my nephew.
Will start working on the picture thing soon.

That's next week, going to be Tuesday.
Then going to be starting on some goodies for the roomy.
See how she likes smoked foods. Also will be trying more seafood.
