Have searched the forum for info on smoking quail but no luck
Anyone have tips re temps, times etc or recipes that i can try?
Was thinking of using alder

I have done pheasant before but can't remember temps. I did a brine and I cute the breasts up into smaller pieces so it would be more like a jerky piece. I know I used cherry wood and it came out great. Try searching for pheasant recipe.
