Hello Everyone,

I haven't been too much into smoking but this new year I am hoping to change that!

For the last 10 years I've had a Landmann propane smoker and I really hate it. Because of that I maybe smoked 2 times a year. It was just a PITA to keep the smoke going, keep the temp stable and the cleanup was horrible. I did some fish not too long ago and I finally had enough. I went and bought a 6 rack Bradley.

I just ordered it yesterday and hopefully it will be here before XMas. I've got a batch of pink salmon that I plan on smoking while on holiday break. As I mentioned, I've just did a batch with the Landmann so it will be nice to try them side-by-side. I've ordered some Alder and Pacific Blend and plan on mixing the pucks.

So anyways, I look forward to becoming a more active participant. I've got a lot of reading to do and sorting out what I want to smoke up.

Welcome to the forum, lots of great people here to help you if needed, but what I seen your no beginner. Where from the PNW do you hail from,
