I've been lucky during recent local fishing trips and sought ways to preserve my catch of Rainbows. My nephew loaned me his Brinkman which I've used a couple of times and I decided I need my own smoker. At my wife Christmas party I enjoyed some smoked salmon which the host had caught and I mentioned my interest. A dew day following, the host contacted me and asked if I was interested in acquiring his smoker. It had not been used for 5 years and had not been cleaned after last use, Yuk! I brought it home and began cleaning. I now have a 4 rack BDS all cleaned and ready to go (I hope, haven't tested it yet though). Oh, and the price...two rainbows! YeeHaw!!!!
Welcome aboard,
Congrats on your smoker and what a catch it is,,, though the clean up can and useally is a mes to contend with.. .im sure you will get many enjoyable smokes with it,,,
