I received a digital 4 rack smoker for Christmas from my girlfriends parents, best gift ever! I look forward to reading, and learning everything I can from this forum. So far everyone seems very friendly, and knowledgeable.  I appreciate any future tips or advice I may receive.

Welcome aboard. That's going to be a chilly smoke this weekend in Ontario.  Keeping your Bradley out of the wind, the top vent open 3/4-full and maybe fill the water bowl with hot water will help get the chamber up to temp in the cold outside air.
