I do not have too much access to a computer but I thought I would stop in and say hello. Have been fighting some health problems nothing too serious but hard to keep up. This is not the proper place to talk about bacon but I am. I refuse to buy bacon so I just finished curing 20 lbs. and then into the smoker. I leave the rind on until the smoking is done. So normally I use a very sharp knife to take the rind off. But today by accident I discovered you could start by cutting butj then just peel it off with no problem. It took about ten minutes instead of an hour. Very happy as looking for easier ways to get things done. Thanks for the time. Piker
