Juat bought a 4 rack Original Bradley and the Bisquete heater stopped working after only one use. I took the box apart and all the wires were connected. I am thinking about sending it back to Amazon and getting my money back

With the new smokers, you need to make sure that all the power cords are securely plugged in. Detach and attach the power cords a few times. Wiggle them and make sure they are secure.
If you are sure it is defective, you may want to just exchange it. Amazon has a great return policy. As soon as you fill out the form, they will ship another Bradley out to you before you can pack up and return the defective one. Plus you have 30 days to return the defective one; if you don't return it, they will charge your credit card for both.
