Just registered on the forum site. I have had my Bradley digital smoker for about 2 years now and Love it! I found out about this site while reading another forum (smoking-meat.com) and decided to come check it out.  I'm always looking for new things to smoke and tips on how to do it right. Looking forward to learning a lot here.

Ditto to TedEbear's recommendation.  I've found the recipe site is a great source of ideas.  And, since the recipes are Bradley specific, they are quite detailed and often contain tips and technique suggestions.
